The first thing I did was have a screening to make sure I was a candidate for LASIK. The day of the screening I felt so excited. It was all sinking in…I was really doing this! The screening went well and Elysse, our Refractive Surgery Coordinator,  explained everything to me. She made me feel really comfortable and let me know that I was a perfect candidate for LASIK. She told me exactly what it was like to have LASIK. I was even more excited after the screening. I’m really doing this!
